This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our mobile application (the "LeAmbulance"). By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Real-time location for nearest ambulance

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To connect you with appropriate ambulance services (first-tier or second-tier).
To assess the patient’s condition using triage questions and send the relevant information to healthcare providers.
To process your payment method (cash or bank transfer).
To improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of our services.
To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from authorities.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following situations:

To dispatch the nearest ambulance and ensure you receive the appropriate care.

To provide them with critical information about the patient’s condition (e.g., consciousness, breathing status).

To facilitate bank transfers or payment processing if applicable.

If required by law or in response to valid legal requests (e.g., court orders, government inquiries).

4. How We Protect Your Information

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and health information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. These measures include:

ለመጨረሻ ጊዜ የተሻሻለው፡ 8/1/2025 እ.ኢ.አ

ትርታሜድ ከኢቴክ ጋር በመተባበር በ“ለአምቡላንስ” (“LeAmbulance”) መተግበሪያ በኩል የእርስዎን ግላዊነት ለመጠበቅ ቁርጠኛ ነው። ይህ የግላዊነት መመሪያ የእኛን የሞባይል መተግበሪያ (“ለአምቡላንስ”) ሲጠቀሙ የእርስዎን መረጃ እንዴት እንደምንሰበስብ፣ እንደምንጠቀም እና እንደምናጋራ ያብራራል። መተግበሪያውን በመጠቀምዎ በዚህ የግላዊነት መመሪያ ውስጥ የተዘረዘሩትን ደንቦች እና ሁኔታዎች ተስማምተዋል።

1. የምንሰበስበው መረጃ

አገልግሎቶቻችንን ለማቅረብ እና ለማሻሻል የሚከተሉትን የመረጃ አይነቶች እንሰበስባለን፦

1.1. የግል መረጃ:

ሙሉ ስም
የመገኛ መረጃ (ለምሳሌ፦ ስልክ ቁጥር፣ የኢሜይል አድራሻ)
የክፍያ መረጃ (ለምሳሌ፦ የክፍያ ዘዴ፡ በጥሬ ገንዘብ ወይም በባንክ ዝውውር)

1.2. የጤና መረጃ:

ለቅድመ-ህክምና ምደባ (triage) ጥያቄዎች የሚሰጡ ምላሾች፣ ከእነዚህም መካከል፦
የታካሚው የንቃተ ህሊና እና የአተነፋፈስ ሁኔታ
በታካሚው ላይ የደረሰውን ነገር ገለጻ
የተጠየቀው የአምቡላንስ አገልግሎት ዓይነት
በቦታው በሚገኙ የጤና ባለሙያዎች የሚሰጥ መሰረታዊ የህክምና እንክብካቤ

1.3. የቦታ መረጃ (Location Data) :

የአሁኑን ቦታዎን ለመለየት እና በአቅራቢያዎ ከሚገኝ የአምቡላንስ አገልግሎት ጋር እርስዎን ለማገናኘት የሚያስችል የእውነተኛ ጊዜ አካባቢ መረጃ።

1.4.የአጠቃቀም መረጃ (Usage Data) :

አገልግሎቶቻችንን ለማሻሻል የሚረዱንን የመተግበሪያ አጠቃቀም ስታቲስቲክስ፣ የስህተት መዝገቦችን (crash logs) እና የምርመራ መረጃዎችን።

2. መረጃዎን እንዴት እንደምንጠቀምበት

የምንሰበስበውን መረጃ ለሚከተሉት ዓላማዎች እንጠቀማለን፦

ከአስፈላጊው የአምቡላንስ አገልግሎት (መደበኛ ከሆነው እና መደበኛ ካልሆነው የአምቡላንስ አገልግሎት) ጋር እርስዎን ለማገናኘት።
የቅድመ-ህክምና ምደባ ጥያቄዎችን በመጠቀም የታካሚውን ሁኔታ ለመገምገም እና ተዛማጅ መረጃዎችን ለጤና ባለሙያዎች ለመላክ።
የቅድመ-ህክምና ምደባ ጥያቄዎችን በመጠቀም የታካሚውን ሁኔታ ለመገምገም እና ተዛማጅ መረጃዎችን ለጤና ባለሙያዎች ለመላክ።

3. መረጃዎን እንዴት እንደምናጋራ

የእርስዎን መረጃ በሚከተሉት ሁኔታዎች ውስጥ ልናጋራ እንችላለን፦

በአቅራቢያዎ የሚገኘውን አምቡላንስ ለመላክ እና ተገቢውን እንክብካቤ እንዲያገኙ ለማረጋገጥ።

ስለ ታካሚው ሁኔታ (ለምሳሌ፦ የንቃተ ህሊና፣ የአተነፋፈስ ሁኔታ) ወሳኝ መረጃዎችን ለእነሱ ለማቅረብ።

አስፈላጊ ከሆነ የባንክ ዝውውሮችን ወይም የክፍያ ሂደቶችን ለማመቻቸት።

በህግ ሲጠየቅ ወይም ለህጋዊ ጥያቄዎች ምላሽ ለመስጠት (ለምሳሌ፦ የፍርድ ቤት ትዕዛዞች፣ የመንግስት ጥያቄዎች)።

4. መረጃዎን እንዴት እንደምንጠብቅ

የእርስዎን የግል እና የጤና መረጃ ካልተፈቀደለት መዳረሻ፣ ይፋ ማድረግ ወይም አላግባብ መጠቀም ለመጠበቅ በዘርፉ ተቀባይነት ያላቸውን የደኅንነት እርምጃዎችን እንተገብራለን። እነዚህ እርምጃዎች የሚከተሉትን ያካትታሉ፦

በሚተላለፍበት እና በሚከማችበት ጊዜ የመረጃ ምስጠራዊ ማድረግ (Data encryption)።
ወደ ሚስጥራዊ መረጃዎች የተገደበ መዳረሻ
መደበኛ የደኅንነት ፍተሻዎች እና ማሻሻያዎች

ሆኖም ግን፣ የትኛውም ስርዓት ሙሉ በሙሉ ደኅንነቱ የተጠበቀ አይደለም። መሳሪያዎን ደኅንነቱ በተጠበቀ ሁኔታ በመያዝ እና ሚስጥራዊ መረጃዎችን ደኅንነታቸው ባልተጠበቁ አካባቢዎች ከማጋራት በመቆጠብ መረጃዎን ለመጠበቅ የበኩልዎን እንዲወጡ እናበረታታለን።

5. የእርስዎ መብቶች

በሚገኙበት አካባቢ ህግ መሰረት፣ ከግል መረጃዎ ጋር በተያያዘ የሚከተሉት መብቶች ሊኖሩዎት ይችላሉ፦

መረጃን ማግኘት እና ማረም፦ የግል መረጃዎን እንዲያገኙ ወይም እንዲያስተካክሉ መጠየቅ ይችላሉ።
መረጃን መሰረዝ፦ ከህጋዊ ወይም ከአሰራር መስፈርቶች አንጻር እንደ አስፈላጊነቱ መረጃዎን እንድናጠፋልዎት መጠየቅ ይችላሉ።
ፈቃድን ማንሳት፦ በመሳሪያዎ ቅንብሮች (settings) በኩል የቦታ መከታተልን ወይም ሌላ የመረጃ አሰባሰብን የሰጡትን ፈቃድ ማንሳት ይችላሉ።

6. መረጃን የማቆያ ጊዜ

የእርስዎን መረጃ የምናቆየው አገልግሎታችንን ለማቅረብ ወይም ህጋዊ ግዴታዎችን ለመወጣት አስፈላጊ እስከሆነ ድረስ ብቻ ነው። መረጃዎ ከአሁን በኋላ የማያስፈልግ ሲሆን፣ ደኅንነቱ በተጠበቀ ሁኔታ እንሰርዘዋለን ወይም ማንነትን የማያስለይ እናደርገዋለን።

7. የሶስተኛ ወገን አገልግሎቶች

የእኛ መተግበሪያ ከሶስተኛ ወገን አገልግሎቶች (ለምሳሌ፦ የክፍያ መፈጸሚያዎች ወይም የአምቡላንስ መላኪያ ስርዓቶች) ጋር ተቀናጅቶ ሊሰራ ይችላል። እነዚህ አገልግሎቶች በራሳቸው የሚተዳደሩ ሲሆን የራሳቸው የግላዊነት ፖሊሲዎች አሏቸው። የእነሱን የግላዊነት መመሪያዎች እንዲመለከቱ እናበረታታለን።

8. የቦታ አገልግሎቶች

የእኛ መተግበሪያ ትክክለኛ የአምቡላንስ መላኪያ አገልግሎቶችን ለመስጠት የመሳሪያዎን የቦታ መረጃ ይጠቀማል። በመሳሪያዎ ቅንብሮች (settings) ውስጥ የቦታ መከታተልን ማሰናከል ይችላሉ፤ ሆኖም ይህ የመተግበሪያውን ተግባራዊነት ሊገድበው ይችላል።

9. የልጆች ግላዊነት

የእኛ መተግበሪያ ከ18 ዓመት በታች ለሆኑ ግለሰቦች እንዲጠቀሙበት የታሰበ አይደለም። ከህጻናት ላይ ሆን ብለን የግል መረጃ አንሰበስብም። የልጅ መረጃ እንደተሰበሰበ ካመኑ እባክዎ ያነጋግሩን፤ መረጃውን ለመሰረዝ ተገቢውን እርምጃ እንወስዳለን።

10. በዚህ የግላዊነት መመሪያ ላይ የሚደረጉ ለውጦች

ይህንን የግላዊነት መመሪያ ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ ልናሻሽለው እንችላለን። ለውጦች በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ የሚለጠፉ ሲሆን በየጊዜው እንዲመለከቱት እናበረታታለን። መተግበሪያውን መጠቀሙን መቀጠልዎ ማንኛውንም ለውጦች እንደተቀበሉ ያረጋግጣል።

11. ያግኙን

ስለዚህ የግላዊነት መመሪያ ማንኛውም አይነት ጥያቄ ወይም ስጋት ካለዎት እባክዎ በሚከተሉት አድራሻዎች ያግኙን፦
